Gary L. Fuller, President of Qualified Innovation, has been in the paper converting business for over 25 years. In 1989, Gary L. Fuller went out on his own, starting to produce narrow slit paper for various industries, i.e. medical, electronic, and metal stamping.

In 1995 he moved the operation to Sugar Grove, IL and capabilities were increased with the addition of several different machines, one of which was a new coating line. The coating of film and paper lead to the development of his premier product - Ful-Wrap®. Qualified Innovation became an innovator in the industry by offering custom products to suit individual customer needs.

By 2006 the manufacturing facilities were doubled and a new and larger coating line was added along with several new slitters. These changes increased the product line capacity in both size and volume to accommodate the increasing demands of our customers.
